鼻咽结核不多见,区内尚未见有人报道。我科自1972～1988年共诊治经病理证实为鼻咽结核14例,现报道如下。临床资料一般资料:14例中男9例,女6例,10～20岁3例,21～30岁7例,31～40岁、4例,工人4例,干部3例,学生4例,农民3例;病程1个月～6个月9例,7个月～12个月4例,2年1例。症状:鼻衄1例,吸入性血痰1例;颈部淋巴结肿大13例,其中双侧肿大7例,单侧肿大者6例;颈部肿物呈单个者2例,在大
