作者在12例鼻咽血管纤维瘤(NPAF)的组织细胞浆中,对4种类固醇激素受体(SR)进行了测定,以期确定此是否伴有特殊的组织病理学特征。方法:NPAF 12例均为男性,年龄15~32岁。血、尿中激素测定正常。瘤组织镜检由内皮细胞和纤维细胞相对比例评价细胞密度。受体组织分别作雌激素受体(ER)、孕酮激素受体(PR)、雄激素受体(AR)和糖皮质激素受体(GR)测定,用葡聚糖活性炭饱和法,以Scatchard分析并采取标记配体技术将受体于细胞内定位,测定活检标本受体结合能力和含量。正常鼻甲组织3例测定作为对照。
The authors determined the four steroid hormone receptors (SRs) in the tissue cytoplasm of nasopharyngeal angiofibroma (NPAF) to determine whether this is associated with specific histopathological features. METHODS: All 12 NPAF patients were male and were 15-32 years old. Blood and urine hormones were normal. The tumor tissue microscopic examination evaluated the cell density by the relative proportion of endothelial cells and fibrocytes. Receptor tissues were measured for estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone hormone receptor (PR), androgen receptor (AR), and glucocorticoid receptor (GR), respectively, using dextran activated carbon saturation method to Scatchard Analysis and adopting labeled ligand technology to locate the receptor in the cell and determine the receptor binding capacity and content of the biopsy specimen. Normal turbinate tissue was measured in 3 cases as a control.
