水资源短缺是当前许多城市发展中面临的突出问题,在水资源短缺的情况下,还要让大量的雨水资源白白流失,是非常不明智的。开展了不同规模的雨洪利用与研究,使城市雨水资源化,通过对雨水资源的开发、收集和利用对解决城市的水资源可持续利用具有重要的意义。
The shortage of water resources is a prominent issue facing the development of many cities at present. It is very unwise to drain a large amount of rainwater resources in the absence of water resources. It is of great significance to carry out rainwater flood utilization and research of different scales so as to make urban rainwater resourceable. It is of great significance to solve the urban water resources sustainable utilization through the development, collection and utilization of rainwater resources.
