我院妇产科自1997年7月至1997年12月采用快微巧皮内缝合会阻切口158例,效果满意,现报告如下.1 资料与方法1.1 一般资料 观察组:1997年7月至1997年12月来我院妇产科住院的初产妇阴道分娩者行会阴左侧切开,顺产119例,胎吸产22例,产钳助产17例阴道助产者切口延裂9例,宫颈裂伤5例.以快微巧常规缝合会阴切口各层组织,最后以快微巧皮内缝合会阴切口皮肤,不必拆线,观察切口愈合情况.常规口服抗生素,对照组为同期来我科住院的初产妇,会阴切开顺产者200例,采用传统的铬制肠线间断缝合阴道粘膜及会阴肌层,4号丝线间断缝合会阴皮肤切口,常现口服抗生素,术后4天拆除丝线,观察切口愈合情况.
