本实验通过对经麝雄灸线疗法治疗前后39例淋巴结结核患者外周血细胞免疫功能及数目的检测,探讨淋巴结结核对麝雄灸线疗法的疗效及其免疫学机制。结果表明,患者外周血 CD_3~+、CD_4~+细胞百分率和 CD_4~+/CD_8~+比值均降低,与正常人组相比 P<0.001;B淋巴细胞增多和表达 DR 抗原的细胞亦增加;患者外周血单个核细胞对 PHA 刺激的应答明显低于正常(P<0.001)。经用此疗法治疗后,CD_3~+、CD_4~+和 CD_4~+/CD_8~+比值均上升(P<0.001),淋转活性上升至正常;与此同时,症状改善,淋巴结肿大消失或明显缩小,溃疡愈合。论证了该疗法通过提高机体免疫力,促进疾病痊愈,是该疗法治疗淋巴结结核重要疗效机理之一。

Demonstrated that the therapy by improving the body immunity and promote disease recovery, is the treatment of lymph node tuberculosis is one of the important curative effect.
