本文通过对P101预制棒测试仪测量原理和软件程序分析,结合实际需要,总结出一种自动化程序较高的程序修改方案。在保证测量精度的情况下,将每点测量时间减少到13分钟,人机对话次数降低为5次。
In this paper, P101 preform rod tester measuring principle and software program analysis, combined with the actual needs, summed up a high automation program modification program. In ensuring the measurement accuracy, the measurement time per point reduced to 13 minutes, man-machine dialogue reduced to 5 times.
