应用美国LI-COR公司生产的LI-6400便携式光合测定系统,测定了6份扁蓿豆材料在大田条件下的光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、胞间CO2浓度等光合指标,并以苜蓿作为对照。结果表明:几种供试材料都存在光合午休现象,随光照强度的减弱,各种牧草的光合速率、气孔导度降低,胞间CO2浓度升高。在所测扁蓿豆材料中,采集于吉林和内蒙古乌兰察布盟地区的扁蓿豆材料具有较高的水分利用率,可作为今后节水抗旱育种的优良种质材料。
The photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate, intercellular CO2 concentration and other photosynthetic parameters of 6 Medicago ruthenica cultivars under field conditions were measured using the LI-6400 portable photosynthesis system manufactured by LI-COR Co., as comparison. The results showed that there were photosynthetic midday break in several tested materials. With the decrease of light intensity, photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and stomatal conductance of various forages decreased and the intercellular CO2 concentration increased. Among the tested alfalfa beans, the alfalfa beans collected in Jilin and Inner Mongolia Wulanchabu League areas had higher water use efficiency, which could be used as excellent germplasm materials for water-saving and drought-resistant breeding in the future.
