精细化管理,就是以法律法规为依据,以提高企业效率与效益为目的,运用现代管理模式,对管理对象实施精细、准确、快捷的规范与控制。面对当前市场经济的不断发展,建筑市场竞争日益激烈,原材料价格的不断攀升,业主的日益精明等新形势,这对承包项目的履约和企业的生存发展都极为不利。因此,成本控制精细化,是承包施工企业生存和发展的基础和核心,也是提升企业效益的根本方法和途径。本文首先就实施施工项目成本控制精细化的意义进行了分析,并对施工项目成本控制精细化管理中存在的问题与对策进行了探讨,以供同仁参考。
Fine management, is based on laws and regulations, in order to improve business efficiency and effectiveness for the purpose of the use of modern management models, the management of objects to implement precise, accurate and efficient regulation and control. Faced with the continuous development of the current market economy, the increasingly fierce competition in the construction market, rising raw material prices, the increasingly smart owners and other new situations, which contracting project performance and survival and development of enterprises are extremely unfavorable. Therefore, meticulous cost control is the foundation and core for the survival and development of contracting and construction enterprises, and is also the fundamental method and means to enhance the efficiency of enterprises. This article first analyzes the significance of implementing the refinement of construction project cost control and discusses the problems and countermeasures in the refinement management of construction project cost control for the reference of colleagues.
