《计量学报》创刊已经整十年了。它的前身是原中国计量技术与仪器制造学会于1963年创办的《计量技术与仪器制造》学报,共出版18期,1966年7月停刊。党的十一届三中全会以后,1978年学会改名为中国计量测试学会并恢复工作,学报也经国家科委批准改名为《计量学报》,于1980年重新创刊,恢复出版。 回顾创刊后的十年历程,并非一帆风顺。但是,《学报》以其学术上的高质量获得了国内外同行的赞许,可以说它是得到各方大力支持取得成功的一个范例。在今天庆祝之际,我们不能忘记《学报》编辑部的同志十年如一日地为办好这个科技交流园地所付出的艰辛劳
“Metrology” started publication for ten years. Its predecessor is the former China Metrology Institute of Technology and Instrument Manufacturing founded in 1963, “Measurement Technology and Instrument Manufacturing” Journal, published a total of 18 issues, July 1966 ceased publication. After the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, in 1978 the Institute was renamed China Metrology Institute and resumed its work. The Journal was also renamed as The Journal of Metrology by the State Science and Technology Commission. It was re-started in 1980 and resumed its publication. After reviewing the ten-year history of the publication, it is not easy. However, the Journal, with its high academic quality, has won praise from domestic and foreign counterparts. It can be said that it is an example of having the strong support of all parties to achieve success. As we celebrate today, we must not forget the hard work the comrades of the editorial department of the Journal have put in place for the science and technology exchange ten-year-on-one
