目的了解湖北医药学院不同专业大四医学生口腔健康知识掌握情况及健康教育的可行性,为该校开展口腔健康教育提供参考依据。方法对120名临床医疗系医学生和120名药护学院医学生进行问卷调查,问卷内容为口腔健康基本知识,对有效问卷进行回收统计并按医学生所学专业不同分为“临床”组和“药护”组,用SPSS 13.0统计学软件对结果进行χ2检验。结果 240名大四医学生12条核心内容中除“选用小头软毛刷”一项知晓率较低外(68.75%),其余内容学生掌握率均在70%以上。120名临床医疗系医学生对口腔健康知识知晓率均在70%以上。120名药护学生有2项内容知晓率低于70%,其他知识点回答正确率均在70%以上。健康教育前临床生对口腔健康知识知晓率高于药护学生,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。健康宣教后,240名医学生对口腔健康知识知晓率明显优于教育前(P<0.05)。2组医学生对口腔健康知识知晓率接近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论该医学院不同专业大四医学生对口腔健康基本知识知晓率较高,临床医疗系专业学生掌握情况优于药护专业学生。短期的口腔健康宣教有助于迅速提高医学生的口腔健康知识,对医学生进入临床实习并开展健康教育意义重大。
Objective To understand the mastery of oral health knowledge and health education of medical students of different major in Hubei Medical College and to provide reference for oral health education in this university. Methods A total of 120 medical students from Department of Clinical Medicine and 120 from Medicate College were surveyed. The content of the questionnaire was basic knowledge of oral health. The valid questionnaires were collected and statistically divided into “clinical” Group and “drug protection ” group, the results using SPSS 13.0 statistical software χ2 test. Results Among the 240 core medical students, there were 12 core contents except 68.75% with a “little head brush”, while the rest had more than 70% of students’ mastery rate. 120 clinical medical students of oral health knowledge awareness rate of more than 70%. 120 pharmacy students have two content awareness rate of less than 70%, other knowledge points are correct rate of more than 70%. Before health education, the awareness of oral health knowledge among clinical students was higher than that of nursing students, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). After health education, 240 medical students had better awareness of oral health knowledge than before education (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in oral health awareness between two groups of medical students (P> 0.05). Conclusion The awareness rate of basic medical knowledge about oral health among the medical students majoring in medical specialty is higher than that of pharmacists majoring in clinical medicine. Short-term oral health education will help to quickly improve the oral health knowledge of medical students, and it is of great significance for medical students to enter clinical practice and carry out health education.
