采用液态金属冷却的定向凝固技术,制备了 Sm-La-Co-Cu-Fe-Zr 系 RE_2M_(17)+REM_5的两相合金。REM_5较少的№1合金非平衡凝固过程为 L→RE_2M_(17),L+RE_2M_(17)→REM_5,L→REM_(5-X)+REM_(5+X),其中包晶反应只能部分发生;REM_5较多的№2合金非平衡凝固过程为 L→RE_2M_(17),L→REM_5,L→REM_(5-X)+REM_(5+X)。包晶反应是否部分发生取决于 REM_5相的相比例。两类合金非平衡凝固过程的共同特征为:REM_(5-X)与 REM_(5+X)两相共格生长,生长方向垂直于合金的强制性生长方向。
A two-phase alloy of Sm-La-Co-Cu-Fe-Zr system RE_2M_ (17) + REM_5 was prepared by directional solidification technique of liquid metal cooling. The non-equilibrium solidification process of №1 alloy with less REM_5 is L → RE_2M_ (17), L + RE_2M_ (17) → REM_5, L → REM_ (5-X) + REM_ (5 + X) Partially occurred. The non-equilibrium solidification process of №2 alloy with more REM_5 was L → RE_2M_ (17), L → REM_5, L → REM_ (5-X) + REM_ (5 + X). Whether the peritectic reaction partially occurs depends on the phase ratio of REM_5 phase. The common feature of the non-equilibrium solidification process of the two types of alloys is that the two phases of REM_ (5-X) and REM_ (5 + X) coextensively grow, and the growth direction is perpendicular to the compulsory growth direction of the alloy.
