1)由于碳材料具有自润滑性,所以它被广泛用作滑动机件。尽管已有许多关于碳材料滑动特性的报道,但大都是在室温下或真空中高温下的滑动特性,在大气中高温下滑动特性的报道则很少。我们用推拉型摩擦磨损试验机,在大气中高温情况下对几种碳材料的动摩擦系数等滑动特性进行测试。为了比较,使用了园盘旋转型摩擦磨损试验机。测定下述几种碳材料的滑动特性。
1) Carbon material is widely used as a sliding member because of its self-lubricating property. Although there are many reports about the sliding properties of carbon materials, most of them are sliding characteristics at room temperature or in vacuum and high temperature. However, there are few reports on the sliding properties under high temperature in the atmosphere. We use sliding-type friction and wear testing machine, under the conditions of high temperature in the atmosphere of several carbon materials such as the dynamic friction coefficient of sliding properties were tested. For comparison, a rotary disc type friction and wear tester was used. The sliding properties of the following carbon materials were measured.
