目的:探讨持续性健康教育在糖尿病患者中的应用价值。方法:选取浙江省常山县人民医院内分泌2013年收治的糖尿病患者150例,采用随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组,各75例。两组患者均给予内分泌科常规护理,干预组患者在此基础上联合实施持续性健康教育方法。比较两组患者糖尿病知识掌握度、自我管理技能改善情况、代谢指标改善情况。结果:干预组患者比对照组患者对糖尿病知识掌握的比率显著升高,高达96.00%(P<0.05)。与对照组患者相比,干预组糖尿病患者能够更好地做到按时检查、饮食控制、药物疗法、自我监测、运动疗法等自我管理技能(P<0.05)。与对照组患者相比,干预组患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白等代谢指标,均得到显著好转(P<0.05)。结论:持续性健康教育对于加深糖尿病患者对自身疾病的认知程度,提高自我管理技能,并且对其代谢指标均具有积极的辅助治疗价值。
Objective: To explore the value of continuous health education in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods: 150 cases of diabetic patients admitted to Changshan County People’s Hospital of Zhejiang Province in 2013 were divided into intervention group and control group with 75 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were given routine care of endocrinology, intervention group patients on the basis of the implementation of continuous health education. Compare the two groups of patients with knowledge of diabetes, self-management skills to improve the situation, metabolic indicators to improve the situation. Results: The ratio of diabetic patients in intervention group and control group was significantly higher than that of control group (96.00%, P <0.05). Patients in the intervention group had better self-management skills such as on-time examination, diet control, drug therapy, self-monitoring, and exercise therapy compared with those in the control group (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin and other metabolic parameters in the intervention group were significantly improved (P <0.05). Conclusion: The continuous health education is of great value in deepening the cognition of patients with diabetes mellitus and improving their self-management skills.
