福建省人民政府办公厅关于印发福建省口岸与海防管理委员会办公室及查验部门改进工作优化通关环境具体措施的通知闽政办[2001]62号各设区的市人民政府,省政府各部门、各直属机构,各大企业、各高等院校:自去年《福建省口岸与海防管理委员会办公室及查验部门改进工作优化通关环境的具体措施》(简称89条措施)公布实施以来,在依法把关、简化手续、方便货物进出口和人员出境等方面发挥着很大作用。在总结经验基础上,根据我国即将加入 WTO 的新形势和新任务,口岸单位和查验部门进一步补充和修订《改善工作优化通关环境的具体措施》(简称99条措施)。现将口岸单位和查验部门修订出台99条措施印发给你们,希望你们用足用好这些政策措施,进一步改善我省的口岸通关环境。福建省人民政府办公厅二○○一年四月九日
Notice of the General Office of the Fujian Provincial People’s Government on Printing and Distributing the Concrete Measures for Optimizing the Customs Clearance Environment of the Office of the Port and Coastal Defence Management Committee of Fujian Province and the Inspection Department for Improvement Work [0001] The People’s Government of the District No. 62 [2001] and the various departments of the provincial government Directly-affiliated institutions, major corporations, and colleges and universities: since the implementation of the “Specific Measures for Optimizing the Customs Clearance Environment for Improvement Work of the Office of the Port and Coastal Defence Management Committee of Fujian Province and the Inspection Department” (the 89 measures for short) announced and implemented since Procedures, facilitating the import and export of goods, and the departure of people play a significant role. On the basis of summarizing experience, according to the new situation and new tasks of China’s imminent accession to the WTO, the port units and the inspection department will further supplement and revise the “Measures for Better Work and Improve Customs Clearance” (abbreviated as 99 measures). The 99 units of measures that have been revised and issued by the port units and inspection departments are now being issued to you. We hope that you can make full use of these policies and measures to further improve the customs clearance environment in our province. Fujian Provincial People’s Government Office April 9, 2001
