海关总署:经国务院关税税则委员会第三次全体会议审议通过,并报国务院批准,决定自2001年1月1日起调整部分商品进出口关税税率。现将调整情况及执行中有关问题通知如下:一、调整情况(一)调整3462个税目的税则税率(见附件一)。(二)适当调整税则税目,其中新增56个税则税目,删除7个税目(见附件二)。(三)税委会[2000]12号文已通知自2000年10月25日起,对进口冻鸡实行从量税。因此,2001
