车间作业计划系统是实用化的管理信息系统──ＫＭＭＩＳ系统的一个重要模块，结合企业实际情况以及单件车间（Ｊｏｂ－Ｓｈｏｐ）排序问题研究的发展状况，探讨了该系统实现过程中的关键技术及其新的实现方式：实现反向推理的倒排法与正向推理的遗传算法、禁忌搜索法等局部优化算法的结合，论述了该系统在应用中的实用化特点。
