手榴弹投掷训练是军事训练中的基础训练科目,投弹训练致肱骨干骨折很常见,尤其在新兵入伍训练阶段高发,多因准备活动不够或动作要领不正确所致。我院2009～2011年共收治投弹致肱骨骨折23例,采用切开复位钢板内固定的手术方法,治疗效果满意,现报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料本组23例,男22例,女1例;年龄16～20岁,平均18岁。受伤至入院时间2～10h。骨折均为肱骨中、
Grenade throwing training is the basic training subject in military training. The training of humeral shaft fractures by bomb training is common, especially in recruiting new recruits during the training phase. It is often caused by the lack of preparation activities or the incorrect operation essentials.
