目的掌握阿城区医疗机构消毒卫生状况。方法采用现场调查方法对辖区内217家医疗机构的消毒效果进行了监测。结果辖区内医疗机构消毒平均总合格率68.1%,其中一级医院为90.2%,村卫生所为51.0%。各检测项目中,空气合格率65.7%,医护人员手57.3%,使用中消毒液95.8%,紫外线灯85.7%。结论哈尔滨市阿城区医疗机构消毒质量合格率较低,需要加强基层医院的消毒设施投入并对医护人员进行消毒卫生知识培训,对医院消毒工作要加强监督和管理,有效地预防和控制医院内感染的发生。
Objective To understand the status of disinfection and hygiene of medical institutions in Acheng district. Methods The field investigation method was used to monitor the disinfection effect of 217 medical institutions in the area. Results The average qualification rate of disinfection of medical institutions in the area was 68.1%, of which 90.2% were in first-grade hospitals and 51.0% in village clinics. Among the testing items, the pass rate of air was 65.7%, the number of medical staff was 57.3%, the disinfectant used was 95.8%, and the ultraviolet lamp was 85.7%. Conclusion Acheng district of Harbin City, the lower the pass rate of disinfection quality of medical institutions, the need to strengthen grass-roots hospital disinfection facilities and health care workers disinfection knowledge training, disinfection of the hospital to strengthen supervision and management to effectively prevent and control of nosocomial infections happened.
