目的研究急性脑梗死家兔尿激酶溶栓后滴注巴曲酶的安全性及对脑组织超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛的影响。方法雄性健康新西兰大白兔18只,随机分为对照组、治疗1组、治疗2组,每组6只,采用颈内动脉自血栓塞法建立脑梗死模型。造模后2 h静脉溶栓。造模后24 h处死动物观察脑组织病理变化,测定脑组织超氧化物歧化酶活性、丙二醛含量。结果治疗1组、治疗2组各有2例出血;治疗1组2例有梗死灶,治疗2组仅1例有梗死灶;治疗2组超氧化物化歧酶活性最高,对照组最低,3组之间均有显著性差异(P均<0.05);2个治疗组丙二醛含量下降,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死家兔尿激酶溶栓后滴注巴曲酶可以增强自由基清除能力而不增加出血发生率。
Objective To study the safety of intravenous infusion of batroxobin after thrombolytic therapy of urokinase in rabbits with acute cerebral infarction and its effect on superoxide dismutase and malondialdehyde in brain tissue. Methods 18 male New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into control group, treatment group 1 and treatment group 2, with 6 in each group. Cerebral infarction model was established by carotid artery auto-thrombosis. Intravenous thrombolysis 2 h after modeling. The animals were killed at 24 h after operation to observe the pathological changes of brain tissue. The activity of superoxide dismutase and the content of malondialdehyde in brain tissue were measured. Results 1 group had 2 cases of hemorrhage in each group and 2 cases in the treatment group. There were 2 cases of infarction in 1 case and 1 case of infarction in 2 cases. The activity of superoxide dismutase was the highest in group 2 and lowest in group 3 (P <0.05). The content of malondialdehyde in the two treatment groups decreased significantly compared with the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Batroxobin instillation after urokinase thrombolysis in rabbits with acute cerebral infarction can enhance the free radical scavenging ability without increasing the incidence of hemorrhage.
