黄××女性26岁住院号:258248双眼视力突然无光感已3周。患者于妊娠37周时,血压正常,突感头痛,眼球转动时痛,压痛。两天后左眼视物不清逐渐加重。当地医院诊断为左虹膜炎,给予抗炎治疗。两天后右眼视物也不清,视力右0.8,左0.7,双眼视乳头水肿右,黄斑部出现樱桃红,左黄斑部出血、水肿,周边网膜有火焰状出血,动脉细,静脉迂曲。血压不高,无浮肿,尿化验正常,诊断为双眼葡萄膜炎。终止妊娠,行剖腹产,输全血400ml。
