道路修建使用钢筋混凝土圆管涵导流,既简便适用又经济合理,因而普遍采用。工程实践中通常出现水流中线与道路横断面方向不重合,而具有一定交角的斜度,为使排水顺畅,一般设计斜交涵。斜交圆管涵端口使用标准管节,则端墙砌体不对称,影响美观。目前,斜交圆管涵端口一般采用人工凿除方法施工,不但费工费时,而且影响内在质量。本文将介绍利用预制定型管节的机具设备按设计需要生产端口变截面管节的简便方法。
