引言生菜是叶用莴苣的别名。它原产于地中海沿岸,在国外栽培地区很广,品种繁多,是一种重要蔬菜。而在国内,生菜属细小品种,除华南和东北地区栽培稍多,京、津、沪等一些大城市郊区有少量生产以外,其他大部分地区种植极少。
Introduction Lettuce is an alias of leaf lettuce. It is native to the Mediterranean coast and has a wide variety of cultivated areas in foreign countries and is an important vegetable. In China, the lettuce genus is cultivated slightly except for the cultivated areas in South China and Northeast China. There is only a small amount of production in suburbs of some big cities such as Beijing, Tianjin and Shanghai, and the cultivation in most other areas is extremely rare.
