Please follow the instructions. The Ministry of Education’s request for proper handling of issues relating to the withdrawal of students from institutions of higher learning was recently given on March 2, 1982 to the communist delegation of the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China to the leader of the Nanjing Institute of Posts and Telecommunications.
