为监督和维护各级卫生机构依法行使职权,增强卫生部门自我约束机制,促进廉政建设,维护公民、法人或其他组织的合法权益,一九九一年四月十七日省卫生厅以川卫防发[1991]第033号通知颁发了《四川省卫生行政处罚程序》、《四川省卫生许可证发放管理办法》和《四川省卫生监测管理办法》,并规定从一九九一年五月一日起正式执行。本刊特予刊载如下,以览读者。
