山西省人民委員会: 我省卫生事业在党的領导下,得到了很大的发展,医疗技术有了不断提高,保障了广大人民群众的身体健康和就医就葯的問題,与此同时各医疗机构出現了病人欠費,而且每年均有所增加,这些欠費长期占用着医院的流动資金,使医院的充实、发展均受着不同程度的影响。根据这一情况,为了能合理解决,我們参照兄弟省处理医疗机构病人欠費的經驗,拟出了“山西省关于处理医疗机构病人欠費的办法”并在省文教財务工作会議上进行了討論,現随文将本办法报送,請审查后批轉各地执行,特此报告。
The People’s Committee of Shanxi Province: Under the leadership of the Party, the health industry in our province has achieved great development. Medical technology has been continuously improved, protecting the health of the general public and the problem of seeking medical treatment and medicine, and at the same time Medical institutions have arrears of patients and have increased every year. These arrears have long occupied the hospital’s liquidity, which has affected the enrichment and development of the hospital to varying degrees. According to this situation, in order to properly resolve the problem, we refer to the experience of the province’s handling of patient arrears in medical institutions, and formulate a “method for Shanxi Province’s treatment of patient arrears in medical institutions” and conduct it at the Provincial Cultural and Educational Financial Work Conference. After the discussion, the present document is submitted in the form of an article, which will be submitted to the local authorities for approval after review. Hereby is hereby reported.
