我院是综合性研究机构,它包括校物理、核化学化工、反应堆技术、同位素应用、粒子加速器技术、核探测技术、核安全防护等多种学科和专业,从基础理论研究到开发、应用研究已经形成了一个完整的核科学技术研究体系。30多年来,完成了2000多个课题的研究任务,有许多项目获得国家的科学奖。著名的核科学家赵忠尧、钱三强、王淦昌、朱光亚等都曾在这里领导或主持过工作。并为国家培养和输送了数千名核科学技术人才,这里为我国“两弹”的研制、核科学技术和核工业的发展做出过重要贡献。在科研工作中形成了大量的科技档案,它既是科研成果的一种载体形式和广大科研人员心血的结晶,又是今后继续进行科研工作的一项基本条件。正因为如此,院、所、室各级领导十分重视科技档案的管理工作。早在建院初期就成立了科技档案室,配备了相应的工作人员,院里还作了加强科技档案工作的决定。在广大科研人员和档案人员的共同努力下,做出了可喜的成绩,已将建院以来所有重要科研课题、设备和工程项目的档案整理归档共2600卷,这些档案不仅在我
