自保密制度施行以来,多数的机关、单位,由于领导上的重视,经常进行深入检查,建立各种保密制度舆纪律,在执行保守国家机密工作上是有成绩的,但尚有不少的机关、部门,因未做到经常检查,某些一机关工作人员在思想上对保密工作的重要性认识不足,各种保密制度不够健全,因而,存在着不重视保密疏忽大意的现象,甚至造成失密、泄密的情况发生。商业厅注意了对所属各公司保密工作的检查,完全是必要的。兹将商业厅的报告通报如下:
