作者从用不溶解的扁桃体细胞膜蛋白免疫小鼠建立的杂交瘤的上清液中发现有两种单克隆抗体,均能与扁桃体次级滤泡细胞和肾脏的肾小球细胞发生反应,分别叫作C3RTo 5和C3RTo 19。因C3RTo5的反应较强,故选其作了详细的研究。在Tris甘氨酸电泳分析中和双扩散试验中,确定C3RTo5是单克隆IgG1型抗体。C3RTo 5与许多正常血清(绵羊、家兔、豚鼠、山羊及人)作双扩散试验,均未检出沉淀线;且用这些血清吸收也不能除去其染色能力。直接凝集试验,C3RTo 5不能凝集
The authors found that two monoclonal antibodies were found in the supernatant of hybridomas established by immunization of mice with insoluble tonsil cell membrane protein, both of which reacted with the secondary follicular cells of the tonsils and the glomerular cells of the kidney, respectively For C3RTo 5 and C3RTo 19. Due to the strong reaction of C3RTo5, it was selected for a detailed study. In Tris glycine electrophoresis analysis and double diffusion assays, C3RTo5 was identified as a monoclonal IgGl type antibody.
