目前机器中液压系统的管接头与钢管连接,常采用焊接式或卡套式连接方法。卡套式管接头具有重量轻、体积小、结构先进、性能良好和不用焊接等优点,因此应用广泛。卡套式管接头的卡套与钢管的紧固,一般是借助于螺帽的压力,把卡套推进接头体的24°锥孔内,使之变形,并与接头体内锥面形成球面接触密封(如图一所示)。但是,这种紧固方法有缺陷:拆卸管子时卡套容易松脱,卡套形状复杂,加工精度要求较高。
