当前,许多名校的初中物理教师,都要面对一大批学生上课,初二至少有四个班的教学任务,差不多有近300名学生,两年下来有可能连有些学生的名字都叫不出来。这说明学校班级太大,学生人数太多,教师教学任务繁重,接近学生、了解学生还有一定的难度。在课改期间,这的确是一个亟待解决的问题。因此,要提高初中物理的教学质量,势必要充分了解每一个学生的学习情况,才能做到有的放矢。笔者在多年的初中物理教学实践中,总结出了如下几种途
At present, many high school physics teachers in many elite schools face a large number of students. There are at least four classes in the second day of teaching.
