I. Overview The world population is growing at an alarming rate. Future scientists predict that by the end of this century, the world’s population will exceed 6 billion. Despite the use of multiple birth control measures, the existing methods are not ideal, affecting their promotion and use. Modern immunology research is no longer confined to “infection” and “anti-infection”, it has almost broke into all fields of medicine and biology, of course, reproductive biology is no exception. In reproductive activities, three individuals (father, mother and daughter) with different genetic characteristics are closely related to each other. Among them, there are a series of complex immune phenomena. To elucidate the essence of these immune phenomena at the cellular and molecular level will provide a theoretical basis for the study of immunocontraception.
