近几年高考英语阅读理解题在选材及试题设计等方面具有以下特点:明确的总词量要求,合理的参考时间,必须的阅读速度。同时材料的选择也有明显的特征,那就是文章贴近生活实际,具有浓厚时代气息的材料;有一定英语文化背景的材料;考生一般不熟悉的材料;材料的篇章结构、句子结构都比较复杂的材料等。基于这些特点,英语教学中提高学生的阅读理解能力对于提高学生的英语成绩有着积极的意义。
In recent years, the English reading comprehension questions in the college entrance examination have the following characteristics in terms of material selection and test design: a clear total vocabulary requirement, a reasonable reference time, and a necessary reading speed. At the same time, the selection of materials also has obvious characteristics: materials that are close to the reality of life, have a strong flavor of the times; materials that have a certain English cultural background; materials that candidates are not familiar with; material’s textual structure and sentence structure are all more complex materials.
