文章阐述了马来西亚米轨机车C_0转向架的结构特点和技术参数,对构架、驱动装置、轮对轴箱、牵引装置、悬挂装置、基础制动装置等转向架主要部件进行了说明和分析计算。机车进行了动力学仿真计算和线路动力学试验验证,计算和试验结果都表明该型转向架完全能够满足马来西亚米轨机车货运100 km/h,客运120 km/h工况下对转向架性能的要求。
This paper describes the structural features and technical parameters of C_0 bogie of Mileage Locomotive in Malaysia. The main components of bogie such as frame, drive, wheel axle box, traction device, suspension device and foundation brake are described and analyzed. The locomotive has been subjected to the dynamic simulation calculation and the line dynamics test verification. The calculation and test results show that this type of bogie can fully meet the requirements for the performance of the bogie under the conditions of 100 km / h for the Malaysian railroad locomotive and 120 km / h for the passenger Claim.
