试验为探讨中华鳖饲料中植物蛋白部分替代鱼粉对其生理机能的影响,选取360只初质量(4.26±0.14)g的稚甲,随机分成6组,每组3个重复,以6种等蛋白等脂肪饲料进行为期60 d的养殖试验。其中,对照组(FM组)鱼粉添加量为52.5%,5种试验饲料鱼粉添加量为45%,依次为混合植物蛋白替代组(MP组)、菜籽粕替代组(RS组)、棉籽粕替代组(CS组)、葵仁粕替代组(SF组)和豆粕替代组(SB组)。养殖结束后,分析血清生化指标及非特异性机能相关指标。结果表明:与对照组相比,各试验组血清中三酰甘油(TRIG)、胆固醇(CHOL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)及血糖(glu)含量无显著差异(P>0.05);SF和SB组中血清谷草转氨酶(GOT)活力有显著升高(P<0.05),表明肝有受损现象;MP组中呼吸爆发活力和血清溶菌酶活力较其他组有显著升高(P<0.05),表明混合植物蛋白部分替代鱼粉有利于中华鳖非特异性免疫机能的提高。

The respiratory burst activity and serum lysozyme activity in MP group were higher than those in other groups (P <0.05), indicating that the partial replacement of fishmeal with mixed plant protein is beneficial to improve the non-specific immune function of soft-shelled turtle.
