传统的旋转钻孔技术适应较软和磨蚀性低的岩层。对硬岩或磨蚀性高的岩层来说,传统的旋转钻孔技术已不能满足,而在许多不利的的情况和恶劣的工作条件下应采用旋转冲击凿孔技术。为了扩大旋转钻孔技术的应用范围,对以下两种方法进行研究。用金刚石钻头钻孔; 用高压水射流进行辅助钻孔。用金刚石钻头进行钻孔试验在磨蚀性岩层中可获得较高的钻孔速度,而钻头的价格较高。在异质岩层中,钻头容易损坏。看来,用金刚石钻头进行钻孔就不能广泛地被采用。
Conventional rotary drilling techniques adapt to rock formations that are softer and less abrasive. For hard rock or highly abrasive formations, conventional rotary drilling techniques are no longer sufficient, and rotary impact drilling should be used in many adverse conditions and poor working conditions. In order to expand the application of rotary drilling technology, the following two methods to study. Drill holes with diamond bits; drill holes with high-pressure water jets. Drilling tests with diamond drill bits result in higher drilling speeds in abrasive formations, while drill bits are more expensive. In heterogeneous formations, the drill bit is easily damaged. It appears that drilling with diamond bits can not be used extensively.
