为了减少剃齿刀的品种、降低成本,本文提出了盘形剃齿刀的简明复算法,通过对剃齿刀和齿轮啮合时节圆上法向啮合角α_1、端面上有效啮合线长度上的必须超越值△l、径向间隙△的复算,以确定现有剃齿刀是否适用于被剃齿轮的剃齿工艺要求,在生产中获得了一定的经济效果。
