国务院关于修改《国务院关于于职工工作时间的规定》的决定中规定:国家机关、事业单位实行统一的工作时间,星期六和星期日为周休息日。企业和不能实行前款规定的统一工作时间的事业单位,可以根据实际情况灵活安排周休息日。职业教育要充分利用时间差,创造性地实行错时工作制度,从而抓住机遇,推进课程改革,培养高技能人才。通过调整工作时间,实现校企合作、资源共享、强化内涵、提升质量。通过实行错时工作制度,探索工学结合的教学新模式。
The State Council’s decision on revising the “State Council’s Provisions on the Working Hours of Staff and Workers” stipulates that: State organs and public institutions shall exercise unified working hours and Saturdays and Sundays shall be the rest days of the week. Enterprises and institutions that can not implement the unified working hours prescribed in the preceding paragraph may flexibly arrange weekly rest days according to actual conditions. Vocational education should make full use of the time difference and creatively implement the system of wrong-time work so as to seize the opportunities, promote the reform of the curriculum and cultivate highly skilled personnel. By adjusting working hours, school-enterprise cooperation, resource sharing, strengthening of connotation and quality improvement will be achieved. Through the implementation of the system of working at the wrong time, the paper explores the new teaching mode with the combination of work and study.
