The microstructure of Al-Si-Fe-Cu-Mg alloy prepared by spray deposition was observed and analyzed in the as-deposited, extruded and post-extrusion heat treated states. The effects of room temperature and high temperature Tensile properties were tested and the strengthening and fracture mechanism of the alloy was proposed
