采用多弧离子镀法在螺帽冲孔冲模上进行了TiN涂层处理,并对涂层的显微硬度、耐磨性能、失效形式进行了分析和讨论。结果表明,TiN涂层冲头使用寿命比未涂层冲头可提高5倍。TiN涂层膜和一定厚度的高硬度的过渡层显著提高了冲模的耐磨性能和抗冲击疲劳性能
The multi-arc ion plating method was used to treat TiN coating on the nut punching die, and the microhardness, wear resistance and failure modes of the coating were analyzed and discussed. The results show that the life of TiN coating punch than the uncoated punch can be increased 5 times. TiN coating film and a certain thickness of the transition layer of high hardness significantly improves the wear resistance of the die and impact fatigue properties
