“八五”期间,我省广大档案工作者决心为建设“与我国国民经济和社会发展相适应的,门类齐全、结构合理、管理科学、有效服务的,有中国特色的社会主义档案事业体系”而努力工作。为此,我们打算在五个方面有所突破:(一)、根据《档案法》和国家的其他现行档案法规,制定二至三个青海地方档案法规和档案管理标准,指导各级各类档案部门进一步完善规章制度,努力抓好基础工作,使全省的档案管理水平和管理素质在“八五”期间有个明显的提高。(二)、抓好档案事业主体——档案馆的建设,力争新建、改建和扩建一批档案馆库;编辑档案史料1000万字,其中公开出版300万字;完成现有馆藏88万卷档案的簿式文件目录和半数卷的卡片式文件目录的编
