邮政储金,听着有些陌生,但翻译成邮政储蓄后,大家就会明白了。邮政储金是民国时期邮政办理的一项金融业务。1918年11月24日,北洋政府以大总统教令第40号公布了《邮政储金条例》。该条例共15条,主要内容有:邮政储金直辖于交通部,由邮政总局经理。储金的存入及支取,均以储金簿为凭等。1919年7月1日,中华邮政正式开始办理邮政储金。储户一般以小储户居多,满一元即可开
