星火大队位于黄州城北禹王岗上,是粮、棉夹种地区。全大队394户,2,009人;耕地2,462亩;其中旱地1,562亩,水田900亩。在毛主席革命路线指引下,星火大队坚持“农业学大寨”,实行科学种田,1971年双季稻亩产1,956斤;1972年又战胜了春季低温、夏秋连旱和病虫害,夺得了全面丰收。800亩早稻,亩产1,063斤,900亩晚稻,亩产1,001斤。全年水稻总产175万斤,比1971年增产8.8万斤,增长5.3％,实现了双季稻亩产2,064斤。
Spark Brigade is located in Huangyu City, North Yu Wang Gang, is the food, cotton species. 394 full-size units, 2,009 people; 2,462 acres of arable land; of which 1,562 acres of dry land, paddy field 900 mus. Guided by Chairman Mao’s revolutionary line, Spark Brigade persisted in “learning Dazhai in agriculture” and practiced scientific farming. It produced 1,956 kg of double-cropped rice in 1971. In 1972, it conquered the spring with low temperatures, drought and pests in the summer and autumn and won comprehensive harvests . 800 mu of early rice, 1,063 kg per mu, 900 mu of late rice, 1,001 kg per mu. The annual total output of paddy was 1.75 million kilograms, an increase of 88,000 kilograms more than that in 1971, an increase of 5.3%, achieving 2,064 catties of double-cropped rice.
