本文从肉制品出口企业对HACCP体系不重视、实施基础薄弱、关键控制点设置不合理等几个方面分析了企业HACCP体系应用存在的不足,并提出解决有关问题的几点对策。
This article analyzes the problems existing in the application of HACCP system in several aspects such as the export enterprise of meat products does not pay much attention to the HACCP system, the implementation basis is weak, and the key control points are not set properly. Some countermeasures are also put forward to solve the problems.
