目的介绍一种新的输尿管膀胱吻合术用于肾移植及泌尿外科重建尿路手术。方法将输尿管经膀胱侧顶部小切口拖入膀胱内约2．5cm，用羊肠线缝合1针，使其固定于膀胱侧前壁粘膜面。结果经临床试用22例，除2例因术后近期血块堵塞导尿管引起漏尿外，其余20例无任何并发症，愈合良好。2例漏尿者经止血、冲洗、保证导尿管通畅后，漏尿立即停止，并未影响愈合时间。结论该方法简便，有合理的防尿液返流机制，较常规手术方法约可缩短20min。
Objective To introduce a new urethral anastomosis for renal transplantation and urologic reconstruction of urinary tract surgery. Methods The ureter was inserted into the bladder through the small incision at the top of the bladder by about 2.5cm and sutured with a needle to fix it to the anterior mucosal surface of the bladder. Results Clinical trial of 22 cases, except for 2 cases due to blockage of the proximal ureter caused by catheter leakage, the remaining 20 cases without any complications, healed well. 2 cases of leakage of urine by hemostasis, irrigation, to ensure the patency of the catheter, the urine immediately stop, did not affect the healing time. Conclusion The method is simple and has a reasonable anti-urine reflux mechanism, which can be shortened by 20 minutes compared with the conventional surgical methods.
