Example 1 As shown in Figure 1, a cylindrical container with a bottom area of S1 = 20 cm2 is placed on the underside of a flat bottomed tube with an area of S2 = 5 cm2. The gravity of the tube is not counted. The tube contains 100 grams of sand. Try to find out: (1) How many grams of water should be added to the container to make the pressure on the bottom surface of the container to the container be exactly zero;
