众所周知,工程师是每个企业、乃至社会最为宝贵的财富。而随着科学技术日新月异的变化,工程师应具备什么样的技能呢?美国几家大企业最近达成共识,工程师应具备以下几项基本技能: 1、适应集体工作的能力。 2、更强的交流及“推销”自己思想的能力,包括口头、电子及书面上。这不仅仅表现在同事中,还要表现在对用户及供应商上。 3、更多的制造经验,至少要有从事制造工作的能力。 4、更强的适应性,以完成更多、更复杂的工作。 5、更广泛的计算机辅助设计及制造(CAD/CAM)
As we all know, engineers are every enterprise, and even the most precious asset of society. With the rapid changes in science and technology, engineers should have what kind of skills? Several major US companies recently reached a consensus, engineers should have the following basic skills: 1, to adapt to the collective work ability. 2, stronger ability to communicate and “market” their ideas, including verbal, electronic and written. This is not only reflected in the colleagues, but also in the performance of users and suppliers. 3, more manufacturing experience, at least have the ability to engage in manufacturing work. 4, more adaptability to complete more and more complex work. 5, a wider range of computer-aided design and manufacturing (CAD / CAM)
