脑转移瘤系指体内原发肿瘤经血行或直接浸润到脑组织内生长的肿瘤,在日常工作中较常见,现将本院经过手术病理证实或有明确的原发肿瘤史而被CT确诊的脑转移瘤55例的CT表现进行分析总结,以提高对本病的认识能力及论断水平。 资料和方法 55例脑转移瘤均有明确的临床原发肿瘤病史,经支纤镜活检及手术病理证实而确诊。其中肺癌44例,乳腺癌3例,直肠癌和肝癌各2例,胃癌1例,胰腺癌1例,膀胱癌1例。男32例,女23例,发病年龄33～90岁,其中多发36
