1988年12月1日至9日,第四届全国党校系统中共党史年会在河南郑州召开。与会同志着重讨论了社会主义时期前七年党史研究中的几个重要问题,现将主要观点综述如下。 一、关于过渡时期总路线问题 一种观点认为,1952年底党中央提出过渡时期总路线是必要的和及时的,是我党运用马列主义关于过渡时期的理论总结中华人民共和国成立三年来的历史得出的科学结论,它继承和发展了七届二中全会决议的原则,反映了中国过渡时期的客观规律。总路线的内容
