一、现代企业发展的新导向 在新技术革命推动下,经济国际化、信息化、金融化和高科技化已成为现代经济发展的新趋势,它必将构成90年代世界经济的新格局。这无疑也成为现代企业向巨型化、国际化和多角化方向发展的新导向。 第一,企业巨型化具有的优势是:集中资金,开发新技术产品,提高产品竞争力,占领高利润市场;组织力量开展跨国经营,适应经济国际化的潮流等。目前西方发达国家的大量国内兼并、跨国兼并的现象表明,90年代世界经济的竞争,必将是大型化企业

New directions for the development of modern enterprises Driven by the new technological revolution, economic globalization, informationization, financialization, and high-tech have become new trends in modern economic development. It will surely constitute a new pattern of the world economy in the 1990s. This will undoubtedly become a new direction for the development of modern enterprises in the direction of giantization, internationalization and diversification. First, the mega-enterprises have the advantages of: pooling funds, developing new technology products, improving product competitiveness, and occupying high-margin markets; organizing forces to conduct transnational operations and adapting to the trend of economic globalization. The phenomenon of a large number of domestic mergers and acquisitions and cross-border mergers and acquisitions in Western developed countries indicates that the world’s economic competition in the 1990s will inevitably be large-scale enterprises.
