一、前言淮南电厂1、2号机系波兰采考普公司(ZAMECH)生产的TK—120型中间再热机组。两台机组投产以来均发现低压缸第三级叶片铆钉头断裂,及第四级拉金断裂现象。其中一号机还先后两次发现低压第三级汽机侧叶片断裂,以及低压第六级叶片裂纹事故。2号机于1975年2月份大修揭缸发现中压转子第十二级叶片顶部断裂,低压转子第三级铆钉头断裂多处,第四级叶片内外拉金断裂160余处,第5级包曼级上层叶片工作根部裂纹14片,其中电机侧13片,汽机侧1片。同年5月,运行中包曼级电机侧叶片,与前次同样部位断落1片,裂纹2片。本文仅对2号机叶片损坏的原因进行分析讨论。电厂对损坏的叶片进行了相应的处理。参加过一次工作的还有安徽电力局中试所,华东电管局中试所。
